Patient Connect

Patient Connect is a digital health film made with Deloitte Digital for its healthcare and life sciences clients. It shows how data from wearable devices, such as smartwatches and fitness trackers, can be turned into timely, personal guidance for patients and useful insight for the clinicians who care for them.

The challenge was to make a complex idea, connected health data moving between patient, device and care team, feel simple, human and believable. We combined live-action filming of everyday moments with clean motion graphics and on-screen interface animation, so viewers see the technology working in a real home rather than in an abstract diagram.

The result is a medical explainer video that helps healthcare organisations picture remote patient monitoring in practice: more timely support, better-informed conversations, and care that continues between appointments.
