Corporate animation

Most corporate videos exist because someone has to explain something to a lot of people who didn't ask to hear it. A new strategy. A system change. A process that went wrong last year. Animation is usually the fastest way to do it, because you can show the thing itself instead of someone talking about it.

Kenzo Studio makes corporate animation videos for internal communications, training, strategy launches and B2B products. The studio was set up by Kenzo Ejiri, who spent nearly ten years building the video and animation practice at Deloitte Digital. We know what happens to a film between the first brief and the fourth round of stakeholder comments, and we plan for it. Start a conversation.

What corporate animation is good for

  • Internal communications: strategy, restructures, values and change programmes
  • Training and onboarding: processes and compliance that people need to remember after the video ends
  • Products and services: software, platforms and financial products, or anything without a physical form to film
  • Reports and results: a sixty-page document turned into two minutes people will watch
  • Events and screens: openers, walk-in loops and content for large or multi-screen spaces

Styles

2D motion graphics and kinetic type. Character animation. 3D animation. Animation mixed with filmed footage. We choose the style for the message and the audience, then make it fit your brand guidelines.

How a project runs

  1. Brief and script. We write it. Most of the real work happens here.
  2. Style frames and storyboard. You see what it will look like before anything moves.
  3. Voiceover and animatic. Timing is locked with a rough cut.
  4. Animation. Built from the approved storyboard, with review rounds agreed up front.
  5. Delivery. Versions for the intranet, social, events and subtitled cuts.

Timelines and budgets are covered in our guides to how long an animation takes and what it costs in the UK.

Why Kenzo Studio

  • Senior people on every project. The person you brief is the person making it.
  • Used to large organisations. Kenzo has made films for Deloitte, the NHS and TfL, and knows how procurement, legal review and brand sign-off work at that scale.
  • One-off projects or a monthly retainer if you need a steady flow of content.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate animation cost?

It depends on length, style and how much needs to be designed from scratch. Our UK cost guide breaks it down.

How long should a corporate animation be?

For internal communications, 60 to 120 seconds is usually enough. Training films can run longer if they're split into short chapters.

Can you work with our brand guidelines?

Yes. We build from your fonts, colours and templates. If your guidelines don't cover motion yet, we'll propose how they should.

Do you handle voiceover, music and subtitles?

Yes. Casting and recording voiceover, music, sound design and subtitled versions are all part of the job.

Do you work outside London?

Yes. Most projects run remotely, with clients across the UK and abroad.
